It is designed for people actively involved in real estate investing or working toward becoming more active investors. Members should be willing to participate, share experiences, ask questions, and take action.
New investors are welcome but may be required to take some additional training to be able to fully participate.
Do I need to already own an investment property?
Not necessarily. You should, however, have a serious interest in actively investing and be prepared to work on real opportunities, strategies, and next steps rather than simply consuming information

Yes. Deal analysis and discussion are an important part of the mastermind. Members can bring potential opportunities, numbers, strategies, and questions to the group for additional perspective.
